3 days Ol Pejeta Experience

Your journey begins at 7:00 am with a pick-up from your Nairobi hotel (airport pick-up available for an additional USD 25). As you drive towards Ol Pejeta, you’ll enjoy a brief stop at the Equator crossing, where you’ll have the chance to take memorable photos at the iconic equator sign—marking your crossing from the northern to the southern hemisphere. Continue your scenic drive through Kenya’s highlands, arriving at Ol Pejeta in time for lunch. After settling in and refreshing, embark on an evening game drive to explore the rich wildlife of the conservancy. As the day comes to an end, return to your camp or lodge for a delicious buffet dinner and a relaxing evening.

Spend the entire day exploring the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a stunning wildlife sanctuary with the backdrop of Mount Kenya. This private conservancy is home to a vast array of wildlife, including the Big Five: elephants, rhinos, lions, buffaloes, and leopards. Ol Pejeta also houses the only Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Kenya, offering a safe haven for orphaned and rescued chimps. The sanctuary is dedicated to rehabilitating these animals so they can live freely. You’ll also visit the endangered species enclosure, home to rare animals like the northern white rhinos, Grévy’s zebra, and Jackson’s hartebeest. After a day full of wildlife encounters, return to your camp or lodge for a sumptuous dinner and a restful night.
