Room Availability and Booking Confirmation.
All room bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. We encourage early bookings to secure your preferred accommodation. Reservations will only be made once you have confirmed your arrangements, ensuring that your chosen options are firmly in place.

Payment Requirements
To secure your reservation, a 50% payment is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your bookings with our suppliers and helps us provide a smooth and efficient service. The remaining balance is usually due before the commencement of the tour, allowing ample time for you to finalize travel plans without any rush.

Rates and Pricing
All quoted rates are based on current pricing structures. However, these rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuations in fuel prices, changes in government taxes, or exchange rate variations. Should any of these changes occur, the adjusted costs will be communicated to you promptly and passed on as necessary.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Below are our cancellation terms:

  • 30 Days or More Prior to Departure: Loss of deposit.
  • 15-29 Days Before Departure: 30% of the total tour cost.
  • 7-14 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 6 Days or Fewer Before Departure: 80% of the total tour cost.
  • 48 Hours or Fewer Before Departure: 100% of the tour cost (or the deposit if greater).

Custom or tailor-made tours may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking. To process a cancellation, it must be made in writing by the individual who submitted the booking. Group and Special Packages
Specific payment terms and conditions apply to group packages, free and easy (FIT) packages, and chartered flights. For these customized experiences, detailed payment and cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Itinerary Adjustments
While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes are made to enhance your overall experience and ensure safety. We will inform you of any significant changes in advance.

Special Requests
We understand the importance of special preferences, whether they are meal requirements or specific room arrangements. While we make every effort to accommodate these requests, they are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover trip cancellation, interruptions, medical expenses, personal baggage, accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Having travel insurance safeguards you against unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans.

Extensions and Deviations
Should you wish to extend your stay or make deviations from the original itinerary, these are subject to availability and airline restrictions. Please communicate any such requests in advance to ensure a smooth process.

Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and in order. Failure to obtain the required documents may result in denied boarding or entry, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Responsibilities and Limitations
Rosallin Adventure and Logistics acts solely as an agent for the services provided, such as accommodation and transportation. We accept no responsibility for any losses, delays, or changes to the itinerary caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or changes in accommodations.

Complaints and Claims
If you encounter any issues during your trip, please notify us immediately so that we can address them promptly. Any complaints or claims must be made in writing within two weeks from the date of return. This ensures that we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns effectively.

Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of completing your travel arrangements and for future marketing efforts. We do not disclose this information to third parties without your consent.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, amend, insert, or delete any terms and conditions without prior notice. However, any changes made will not affect existing bookings unless the change is mutually agreed upon.
